How soon will I receive my order?
If your order was placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped the same day, excluding public holidays. If your order was placed outside of these hours, on a weekend or a public holiday it will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that it may take a day or two longer to ship your order over the Christmas - New Year break.
I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email.
Check your Junk Mail folder! If you didn't receive an order confirmation from us after you placed your order, then it is likely that we didn't receive it. Check your CNCRouterBits account (if you have one) or check your financial institution to see if the order has been paid for.
I haven't received my order yet. What can I do?
Before contacting us about your delivery please try these simple steps first;
- Check your mail box or delivery point.
- Check with other persons in your building or organisation who may have accepted delivery on your behalf.
- Track your order using the tracking number we sent you with your order confirmation.
- If you didn't receive an order confirmation from us after you placed your order, then it is likely that we didn't receive it. Check your CNCRouterBits account (if you have one) or check your financial institution to see if the order has been paid for.
We use Australia Post's Express Post Service. This is generally an overnight service, however some areas are not covered by the overnight service. Please refer to the Australia Post Web Site for details.
I ordered the wrong item. Can I return it?
If you accidentally ordered the incorrect item you can return it to us. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
I just bought a CNC routing machine and need advice about tools and tooling.
Our Technical Resources pages will help you get the best from our tools and your machine. It is full of hints, tips and invaluable knowledge gained from machine manufacturers, tooling suppliers and our very own end users.
How do I choose the right tool to cut my product?
Our website allows you to choose the right tool for your material by allowing you to Shop By Material. From here you can reveal tooling that is recommended for those products.
Please note that a lot of tools can be used for different types of materials. For example, some tools for plastic will also be suitable for some timber products. You can also use the search bar on the home page and type in a search such as "timber cutter". This will show the results for tools that have been considered suitable for cutting the entered material.
Can I use your router bits in a hand held router?
The router bits that we provide are designed and tested for use on CNC machinery. Most of the router bits are manufactured from solid carbide that requires constant and evenly controlled feed and speed rates to perform and stop them from shattering. We do not recommend their use in hand-held routers.
Do I have to create an account to use your store?
It is not necessary to create an account to use our store. However, creating an account will enable us to better track your orders and interactions with us, as well as allow you to view your purchase history.
Can I pay by Credit Card?
If you don't have a PayPal account you can certainly pay by credit card. Simply place your order as usual and then click on the PayPal icon to complete the transaction. Once on the checkout page, you will see an option to pay by credit card instead of PayPal.
Can I pay by direct bank transfer?
CNCRouterbBits does not have the facility to accept payments via direct bank transfer.
Do you have a physical shop that I can visit?
CNCRouterBits is an online store only. To keep our prices low we do not have a physical shopfront.
Where are you located?
CNCRouterBits warehouse and distribution centre is located in NSW.
Do you have a printed catalogue that you can send me?
Unfortunately, we do not. Our range of tools are constantly being updated and catalogues are generally out of date as soon as they are printed.
