CNC Router Bits delivers to any address Australia wide.

To guarantee safe arrival of your CNC Router Bits order, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours as your delivery requires a signature upon arrival (PO boxes are NOT accepted as a delivery address). If no one is present to accept your delivery, a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office or courier depot.

At CNC Router Bits, we currently do NOT accept international orders.

Shipping Charges

CNC Router Bits offers flat rate shipping on all orders except special orders, large and bulky items or special requests.

Dispatch Times

CNC Router Bits offers you same day despatch for orders placed before 3PM AEST or AEDST, this is purely dependent on stock availability and receipt of payment. There may be instances where a product you have ordered is not in stock therefore the same day dispatch cannot be met however, you will be notified and we will endeavour to have your order dispatched in a timely manner.

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable, CNC Router Bits will endeavour to notify you of any delay within 24 hours.

All of the above dispatch times exclude weekends and public holidays. Some longer than usual delays may be experienced over Christmas, New Year and Easter periods due to public holidays, reduced trading hours and delays in transport. CNC Router Bits operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm excluding public holidays.

Delivery Times

CNC Router Bits aims to deliver your order within 1-5 business days almost anywhere in Australia once payment has been received.

CNC Router Bits delivers products Australia wide using dedicated couriers.

Delivery times are estimated between 1-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location:

1-2 business days - NSW / ACT

2-3 business days - VIC / QLD

4-5 business days - SA / TAS

4-6 business days - WA / NT

Please allow additional 1-2 business days on top of the above allocated times for regional areas. Some longer than usual delays may be experienced over Christmas, New Year and Easter periods due to public holidays and reduced trading hours and delays in transport. Large or bulky items may take longer to deliver.

Tracking Your Order

From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch details where you will be allocated a tracking number and be advised of your allocated delivery service.

To track your order log into your account and select 'Track my Order'.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If, for any reason, your purchase does not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return your unused items within 7 days from the date of dispatch for an exchange, credit or refund (our discretion) providing the goods comply with our return policy.

Items submitted for return shall be at your expense. A refund of the original shipping charge will not be made.

An exchange or refund request can only be made by returning your goods to our Warehouse.

If you intend to return an item you believe to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please notify us directly by using our contact page for advice before returning the goods.

Cutting tools that have been re-sharpened or modified in any way are not returnable under any circumstances.

Written consent must be granted by CNCRouterBits.com.au. A return authority will be issued and must be visible on the exterior of the returned package. The tools are to be packed carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

Items that have been incorrectly ordered may be returned, undamaged, unused and in original packaging. A copy of your original sales order must be included with your return. We will provide a Credit Coupon to the value of your order less shipping and restocking fees that you may use for future purchases from our store. Credit coupons can only be used in a single transaction and generally have an expiry period. We will advise you of any expiry period that may be applicable.

Transportation charges must be prepaid.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style you may do so, this is subject to availability of course. Simply return your unwanted items to us unused, in its original condition including packaging within 7 working days from the date of dispatch together with a completed copy of our return form or a copy of your original order form.

Please email us at sales@cncrouterbits.com.au before returning your goods for exchange. Cost for shipping of returns is at your expense. A restocking fee may apply.

Exchange requests will only be dispatched when the goods have been returned in good order to our Warehouse.

Refunds/Credits

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style you may do so, this is subject to availability of course. Simply return your unwanted items to us unused, in its original condition including packaging within 7 working days from the date of dispatch together with a completed copy of our return form or your original order form.

A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with our Returns Policy.

Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase (Credit Card or PayPal) within the time specified by the financial institution concerned. After receiving the goods at our Warehouse. Should you have originally paid delivery for your order, you, unfortunately, will not be refunded for this amount if you return your order for a refund, you will only be refunded for the amount of your items returned, less a 15% restocking fee.

In the event that we provide a Credit Coupon instead of a refund, it will be to the value of your order less shipping and restocking fees (if applicable) that you may use for future purchases from our store. Credit coupons can only be used in a single transaction and generally have an expiry period. We will advise you of any expiry period that may be applicable.

Cancellation

Tool orders may be cancelled without charge prior to shipment. Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and all shipping charges.

Special Orders

Items ordered on your behalf that are not part of our current catalogue are considered as special orders and cannot be returned or refunded if the item is found to be not suitable. These can include, but are not limited to, items such as custom manufactured tooling, modifications to tooling, spare parts, spindles and spindle accessories. We will always do our best to ensure that your special order is met and fulfilled as expected however, CNCRouterbits.com.au accepts no liability, refunds, exchanges or returns for special orders.

Insurance & Liability

Delivery prices do not include insurance. CNCRouterbits.com.au takes all due care to ensure that your order arrives safely however, we accept no liability for damage or loss.
